Aceste iteme sunt mult mai rare decat itemele exc si au optiuni mai bune. Au o stralucire albastra pentru a fi deosebite de celelalte iteme si cand un player detine 1 set ancient va beneficia de optiuni speciale. De asemenea ii va aparea un cerc violet luminos la picioare.
